United Legends
Here it is. One of the remix projects that Changed My ENTIRE LIFE. It was an HONOR to do this remix, and I get teary eyed thinking about the events that led to it, and what fates would come thereafter. The Brotherhood that SHUYA OKINO and I formed would be forever cemented as would my liasons with many of my Japanese brothers and sisters. During the first Tokyo Crossover Jazz Festival, Shuya Asked for me to remix this song (DJ Kawasaki Did the original) because he wanted to hear what it may have been anyways with Diviniti and I. I, on the other hand, wanted to give a tribute to what I experienced at Tokyo Crossover Jazz Festival. The Union between Live Musicians and Electronica. Remembering, what that night at TCJF brought - Mark De CliveLowe and Frank Macomb, Kyoto Jazz Massive, Root Soul, Sleep Walker, Diviniti, Bembe Segue, Tasita Damour, Vanessa Freeman, myself and Many others Jamming together on one stage playing 'Expansions' by Lonnie Liston Smith. It let me see that the human heart and the MPC can be one spirit. Activesync remote display windows ce 6.0. Music, Sweet Music. In this set, I share the remix in it's full formation, then the keyapella without the drumsection, and lastly, the 'orchestrumental' which is purly the Rhodes part, Horns, Live Piano (Kelvin Killed me on this peice), and the Strings. It was not really well recieved anywhere other than Japan, in fact - quite a few didn't think it existed - and believe it or not, I was told by a few (with Huge names in the Dance Music Genre), that this peice was'nt dancefloor friendly, It was too pretty, that it lacked what it takes to make a good track. It's not a track. It's MUSIC. From my heart to yours. Enjoy.
